We offer a 14-day refund policy. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason—whether the product is defective or it simply does not meet your expectations—you are eligible to request a full refund within 14 days of the original purchase date.

To maintain the sustainability of our business and protect our digital intellectual property, we reserve the right to refuse refund requests that appear to be an abuse of our 14-day policy. This includes, but is not limited to, "bulk" refund requests for multiple products simultaneously without a documented technical discrepancy, or instances where a significant portion of the digital assets have been downloaded prior to the request. Our 14-day window is an added-value satisfaction guarantee, not a "trial-and-download" service; therefore, refunds are granted at our discretion if the request circumvents the intended spirit of the policy.

How to Request a Refund

Because our products are digital, there is no need to "mail" anything back. To initiate a return, please contact our support team at help@viralcontent.design with your order number and the reason for your request.

Refund Conditions

• Defective Products: If the files are corrupted, broken, or do not function as described, we will issue a full refund or provide replacement files immediately.

• Non-Defective Products: We accept "change of mind" returns within the 14-day window to ensure your total satisfaction.

• Duplicate Orders: If you accidentally purchased the same item twice, we will refund the duplicate charge.

Processing

Once your refund is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.
