Refund Policy

At Viral Content Design, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital products for your social media needs. Every product page includes a detailed description and visual previews of exactly what is included, so you can make a fully informed decision before you buy.

All Sales Are Final — With Important Exceptions

Because our products are digital goods delivered instantly, all sales are final once the purchase is complete. We are, however, fully committed to standing behind our work. You are entitled to a refund or replacement in the specific cases below.

When You Are Eligible for a Refund

You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if any of the following applies:

  • Defective files: The files are corrupted, broken, or will not open or download as described. We will provide working replacement files or, if we cannot resolve the issue, a full refund.
  • Not as described: The product you received is materially different from what was shown in the description and previews on the product page.
  • Duplicate purchase: You accidentally bought the same item twice. We will refund the duplicate charge.

What Is Not Eligible for a Refund

Because the full contents and previews are shown before purchase, the following are not valid grounds for a refund:

  • "Change of mind" after purchase.
  • The product not matching personal taste or subjective expectations, where it otherwise matches the description and previews.
  • A decision that you no longer need or want the product.
  • Requests made after a significant portion of the digital assets have already been downloaded or used.

Fair Use & Abuse Prevention

To protect our digital intellectual property and the sustainability of our business, we reserve the right to decline refund requests that appear to abuse this policy. This includes "bulk" refund requests across multiple products without a documented technical issue, and any request that uses our store as a "download-and-refund" service rather than a genuine purchase.

How to Request a Refund

Since our products are digital, there is nothing to mail back. To request a refund, email our support team at help@viralcontent.design with your order number and a clear description of the issue. For "defective" or "not as described" claims, please include a screenshot or short explanation of the discrepancy so we can resolve it quickly.

Processing

Once a refund is approved, the credit is applied automatically to your original payment method. Please allow up to 14 days for it to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
