• Examples collected: name, billing address, payment information (including credit/debit card details and other payment methods such as PayPal), email address, and phone number.
• Purpose: to provide our products to you and fulfill our contract, process your payment, deliver your digital products, send you invoices and order confirmations, communicate with you, screen orders for potential risk or fraud, and — where in line with your preferences — send you information or advertising about our products.
• Source: collected from you.
• Disclosed to: Shopify, and our payment providers.

Note: Our products are digital and delivered electronically. We do not collect or process shipping addresses, and no physical goods are shipped.

Customer support information

• Examples collected: your name, email address, order number, and the contents of any message you send us.
• Purpose: to respond to your enquiries and provide customer support.
• Source: collected from you.
• Disclosed to: Shopify and our email service provider, as needed to respond to you.

Minors

The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 16. We do not intentionally collect Personal Information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with Personal Information, please contact us at the address below to request deletion.

Sharing Personal Information

We share your Personal Information with service providers to help us provide our services and fulfill our contracts with you, as described above. For example:

Our processor Shopify uses limited automated decision-making to prevent fraud, which does not have a legal or similarly significant effect on you. This includes:

• A temporary denylist of IP addresses associated with repeated failed transactions, lasting a small number of hours.
• A temporary denylist of payment cards associated with denylisted IP addresses, lasting a small number of days.
